Four pillars for F-L-I-P.
F, for flexible environment, this allows teachers rearrange their teaching spaces according to the lessons or units, to support either group work or independent study.
L, for learning culture, in this model the instructions are shift to a learner centered approach, as a result students are actively involved in knowledge construction.
I, for intentional content, teachers create their classes to help students develop conceptual understanding; they determine what they need to teach and which materials students should explore on their own.
P, for professional educator, the role of teachers is more important, they continually observe their students, providing them with feedback.

Flipped classroom provides an answer to actual problems and needs inside the classroom, different ages, context, realities and interests. Teaching nowadays seems like challenging with different learning types, this is one of the reasons why I’m reevaluating my teaching methods and my practice, the course is helping me understand flipping the classroom as a better option. Know teacher presence becomes more important in reinforcing and practicing meanings, concepts and projects. There are some advantages like; (some) English language learners required more time to understand some concepts or there is more time for interaction between students and their teacher during class. And a disadvantage could be; not all students have access to internet or a computer at home.
Flipped classroom can be used for all subjects; this allows teachers to maximize their class time with students. There are some applications where teachers can create videos, for example; eduCanon and Zaption, both are free for teachers and students.
