Hi there, it's awesome to be here. I'm Dallas and by background I specialize in software engineering but I've entered the realm of education and training by building myself into a postion where I'm reponsible for educating enterprise employees around the world, training them in software development. For about two years now I've utilized "flip training" to provide a more enjoyable learning experience to busy professionals. I'm fortunate to be in a place where I can design and execute the learning experience and I'm eager to innovate and grow the training program where I am currently employed.

My educational background is a BS in software engineering, and also a BS in business administration. As an e-learner most of my experience comes from Coursera (where I found this course). As a trainer I've utilized the technologies of Schoology, Curatr, and I'm currently developing my own learning platform. My hope from this course is to take the theory and insights I learn and turn them into action by sharing my knowledge and implementing what I learn into the custom learning platform.
