My first company was called Innovative Digital Learning, and we trained teachers in teaching with technology in the classroom. The training course was divided into four components, that guarantee tangible learing outcomes for students both inside and outside the classroom. 

Here they are ; 

ITMA: Innovative teaching using Multimedia Tools and computer applications.

IRMA: Innovative Resourceful and Motivating topics. 

PEC: Project Exectuion and Creativity

IIET : Innovative Interactive and Effective Teaching.
