Navigating the New Era of Hybrid Learning: Flexibility vs. Structure in Education

As a student, I've experienced significant changes in education, particularly with the rise of hybrid learning models post-pandemic. One example is the shift towards asynchronous learning, where we have more flexibility in how and when we engage with course materials. This has empowered me to manage my time more effectively, but it also requires greater self-discipline and time management skills. It’s been a double-edged sword—while I appreciate the freedom, I sometimes miss the structured environment of traditional classrooms, where real-time discussions and interactions feel more dynamic and engaging.
