Hi everyone, My name is Dr Vishesh Kumar, currently working as National Professional Officer in WHO Country Office for India as a regional team leader in Bihar, supporting MoH&FW GOI and states and providing technical leadership in Polio eradication activities/ Routine Immunization strengthening, VPD/ Measles/ AEFI surveillance & New vaccine introductions in Universal Immunization Program of India.

Govt of India has been taking various initiatives to improve the full immunization coverage >90% across the country. WHO-NPSP team is playing a critical role in monitoring the immunization coverage through RCIM/ evaluation surveys. Learnings through scholar on Analysis and interpretation of vaccination coverage will certainly be very useful for us.
