I believe that google wants ethical and moral people to work for them. They want people with a great reputation for their skillset and their honesty and integrity. They make it sound as though you are acting as a representative for the brand at all times. They want you to make every work decision as though you are making a decision that affects the whole company’s moral compass. It makes sense because so many small decisions are made frequently in the company and if semi sketchy or a lapse in integrity is not uncommon it begins to affect the image of the company. I think they want their employees to take this to heart and feel good about making good decisions and not breaking rules or laws. I think that they would have a problem with behavior in the workplace that is hurtful to other people, would take advantage of someone or where you can gain from the action personally at the cost of the company. I could also see that having negativity in the workplace is unwelcome and unproductive for working with a team. It is important to have a positive attitude and be accepting of other people’s viewpoints and ideas.  I could see them getting upset about coworkers not being accepting or accommodating of certain peoples beliefs or lifestyles.
