  Zaid N. Al-Shammari is the Assistant Professor of Education, and Coordinator of Education Program at Gulf University for Science and Technology (GUST). Dr. Zaid has been responsible for planning and designing many educational programs, course syllabus and standards for the Education program in GUST. Dr. Zaid was appointed as a Consultant in a Team of members by the General Secretariat of the Supreme Council for Planning and Development (GSSCPD) in the State of Kuwait, and United Nations Development Program (UNDP) for providing technical expertise in the field of Education Management, Administration and Planning for the development of the Strategic Plan and Five-Year Plan for the State of Kuwait. He is a member of the Quality Assurance Committee for Public Education Sector in the Kuwait Ministry of Education. He is a founder and Editor-in-Chief of IJAES-International Journal of Applied Educational Studies. He is a founder of a new established AMLO-Analysis Model for Learning Outcomes (www.analysismodel.com). Dr. Zaid has been a leading personality in the development of techniques and methods of teaching and learning in education.
