Non-communicable diseases are on the increase in my district and in the region. many efforts have been made to get people informed about the new trend, but it appears people still rejoice in activities which are the very risk factors to non-communicable diseases. 

In view of this i wish to establish wellness clinics in some communities, where people can just walk in and have their systems checked and also to receive information about how to eliminate or reduce risk associated with non-communicable diseases.
