I am Anuj Goswami, working with a Foundtaion of leading IT company in India. My role is Manager (Instructional Design), I handle a small team of IDs and closely work with graphic designers, Developers and QC guys. Modules developed by the team are focused on irredicaion of illiteracy. Medum of instruction is Hindi, as well is English. Approach adopted is also discussed in National Education Policy of India (year 2016), it was a kind of reward for each team member to see effort in national education policy. My approach is to first understand the target audience, evaluate available infrastucre, tools/technology, time lines and then start. So far I had been a part of team whuch fhad produce more than 90 hours of ICT based content of K-12 segment. Right now working on ICT based moduled for adult literacy as Manager (Instructional Design).
