Actually the biggest problem hindering to achieve our goal of routine immunization is that 1. Movements of nomadic population one place to another 2. insecurity of whole country and 3. refusal with different areas such believes and religious.
So that these key areas the country will be focusing the upcoming years Inshallah, since we are in polio eradication also measles elimination.
Dear Mohamed, i really appreciate your commitment to somali pastorlists and i share the same feeling with you since i am from Somali cimmunity too. My concern here is that, you have additional problem which i security. Are you considering mechanisms for hard to reach security based problems?. I will closely working with you on the other side.
