I am responsible for trainings for delegates to be deployed with the Canadian Red Cross field hospital. Since the opportunities for our delegates to come together for trainings are infrequent, due to available resources, schedules, etc., and we have new modules and equipment to train delegates on, we are looking into transitioning to online, digital trainings.
