  I am working as a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Civil Engineering at Middle East College, Muscat, Oman. I am so fascinated towards innovative methods in teaching and learning process in Higher Education. Enthusiastic to explore technology to be used in T&L process. Practising flipped learning, various free online tools from last 2 years and improving my self in day-to-day process. I am so exited to be a part of this course where i may meet other professionals to enhance my knowledge towards effective practices in T&L.
