Hello all,

My name is Anne Marie Desormeaux, I am a Medical Doctor born and raised in Haiti. I have been propelled in the world of Immunization 4 years ago when I became the manager for a project to strenghten surveillance of vaccine preventable disease. I worked closely with the EPI program prodiving surveillance data and participating in decision making. Surveillance is an essential component of EPI as it allows to monitor the program and identify weaknesses by tracking the occurence of outbreaks.

I am looking forward to learning more in order to improve our immunization program in Haiti.
