Several comments:
1. You have posted this update to your personal wall...not inside the Module A3 community...so I had to go hunting to find it! But I am glad I found it.
2. It looks ti me like your SPSS syntax is good, but you copied the wrong output into your update above...how can it be possible if coverage by card is 86% and coverage by card is 95% that coverage by card or history is 81%? When I look at your SPSS output, I see that you have copied the weighted percent of 0's in the dataset...which are children who are NOT vaccinated...instead of the weighted percent value for 1's...which means the child is vaccinated. It is a small and simple error. I can see that your SPSS syntax was very good.
