  I have a Master's Degree in Education with an expertise in eLearning in Higher Education. I have a Master’s Degree in Computer Science with an expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Expert Systems. I am certified as an Advanced Online Facilitator and a Qualified Education Provider. I am fluent in many programming languages and software suites. I have been a Project Manager for various projects, as well as, team member. My consulting experience has kept me abreast of the current technology in the professional and academic world most crucial for the technology professional today. I have constructed and maintained various Database Applications and Information Systems. Designed various computer software products; Designed & implemented various commercially used Database-Driven Web Sites for the Hotel/Motel, Restaurant, and Real Estate industries. Designed & implemented various commercially used Database Management Systems for invoicing, EDI, payables, receivables, customers, members, employees for such companies as Amoco, MCI, Spiegel, The US Railroad Retirement Board.
