• Stratagy 3: Explore health worker–client interactions, perceptions and practices

• Stratagy 4: Explore health worker–client interactions, perceptions and practices

• Stratagy 5: Use VPD surveillance and campaign monitoring opportunities to identify unvaccinated and undervaccinated children

• Stratagy 6: Find “invisible children” left out of any system

1. Stratagy 1 : Identify and examine reasons for unvaccinated and under vaccinated populations.

The reason behind selection of above mentioned transformative that Pakistan has a comprehensive planning on Immunization program but country is one of the three remaining countries that has yet to interrupt poliovirus transmission, and Measles remains endemic within the country, and although surveillance is not as comprehensive as for poliomyelitis, outbreaks are frequently reported.
