It has been challenging running routine EPI and SIA in my community since 2017 due to the ongoing socio-political crisis in the North West Region. We therefore adopt strategies locally to ensure that all health facilities receive all inputs used for vaccination and also ensure that children are effectively immunized. However, many chalenges do exist in bridging gaps that do exit in the implementation of routine EPI activities during crisis. I have not received any training with regards to this and I therefore am willing to gain better understanding on how we can effectively work as a team to achieve our immunization coverage in crisis situation
