I have lived overseas for about 23+ years but am originally from Illinois. I have substitute taught in the Metro St. Louis and been a secondary social studies teacher. All of my teaching has been in Japan and Germany for the Department of Defense Education Activity. Currently I am a secondary geography teacher in Germany. I come back to Illinois almost every summer for at least a couple weeks. Since Europe is awesome I try to travel as much as possible here. I am married and my wife is a DoDEA teacher as well. She is a proud U of I grad and my son is a current UIUC feshman. I have a daughter is a junior in a DoDEA high school.
