I did my schooling from Jammu, India and thereafter B.E. Civil from Panjab Engineering College, Chandigarh in 1985. Immediately upon graduating, I started working July 1985 and completed projects involving Water treatment plants BBMB Nangal; Nuclear Tower JNU, New Delhi; 1770 Km long HBJ Gas Pipeline Project India; 390 MW DUL-HASTI Hydroelectric Project Kistwar, J&K, India. Thereafter I moved to Malaysia in 1995 and completed PUTRA LRT Underground stations; Highrise buildings Menara Great Eastern, Menara Teo Hang Sam beside American Embassy Kuala Lumpur; Electrified Ipoh-Rawang Double Track Project; Ministry of Finance Building MOF-II, Putrajaya; Berjaya Central Park Project comprising twin towers 50 storey high with one office tower and the other tower being high-end Ritz-Carlton Residence Tower Kuala Lumpur. Throughout the professional work experience, I have held positions starting with Site/Project/Resident Engineer, Construction/Project Manager, Project Director, Director Contracts & Commercial, and Managing Director at present. During 2003-2005 as a part-time course, I completed my studies in MBA (Construction Business) from International Islamic University Malaysia KL. In October 2005, I cleared professional certification as Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI, USA. Thereafter I actively involved with the PMI conferences and research seminars and attended many sessions with active participation in Bangkok, Sydney, KL, India. Throughout my career, I have always remained absorbed in my workflow. Whatever I do, I get engrossed very deeply and forget everything else. Also I am a problem solver, like to find a balance... a win-win situation between the parties such as the developer, consultants, contractor, subcontractors and other stakeholders. I always found that most of the conflicts revolve around the scope that gives rise to variance in the triple constraints Cost-Quality-Time. Also, I come from a humble middle-class family where my father retired as a professor in Physics and my other relatives are also in the teaching profession. In Jammu & Kashmir, India we have seen a lot of disturbance with migrant families and this became more prominent recently in other parts of the world. The plight of children and war-torn families in the conflict zone challenged me to think something out of the box so that the people can easily connect, comprehend and live in a state of self-exuberance with whatever they have. Thus I started working, researching for clues, making connections with the project management knowledge and experience I gained over the years to find a theory which mother Nature must have built within us that we are unaware of hitherto. After my 9 years of research work, Universal Face Theory binds Science, Philosophy, Religion and Faith (Spirituality). Here, I went to the root vibratory sound of the Universe and discovered the links that bind us as "Infinite Being" and tables the reasons for discussion where not only the scientists but the common people can also participate. I self-published my work in July 2017. I also participated and shared my book at London Thinkers50 2017 Gala Event and got some insights from world-renowned scholars.
