  I attended UIUC from 2009-2013 where I received a B.S. in History, Secondary Education. I have been teaching at Joliet Central High School for three years, going on Year 4. I taught World Affairs, which is a combination between geography, world history, and current events for the past years and this next year I will be teaching American Government and Economics.. At my school, we are 1:1 where every student has a laptop and it is highly encouraged that teachers create a technology-rich environment. I have completed professional development in Teach Like A Champion, CRISS, and Blended Learning. I have my LBS1 from University of St. Francis in Joliet, IL. Currently, I am in the Learning Design and Leadership Master's Program at UIUC. I coach the Varsity Dance team in the fall and winter seasons and Varsity Girls Soccer in the spring season.
