  I am a seasoned Data/Monitoring and evaluation expert, with over 7 years combined experience in Data management, design, and implementation of M&E frameworks, data collection and analysis tools, performance indicators monitoring, research, surveys. I am proficient in MS Suite, Databases, realtime data collection tools(ODK, Epinfo, Arc /QGIS, including capacity building and training. I have strong Managerial skills and led several teams in a number of Projects(ISS, Accountability framework tools, Health service functionality project, Data Quality improvement secretariate etc), ensuring the development of proper tools and procedures. I have BA Development studies(Social Science), Postgraduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management. currently, I work for WHO in South Sudan as Data/Monitoring and Evaluation Manager for 5 Years now, I also serve as Acting officer-in-charge of Data improvement. before that, I was Data Manager for Polio Surveillance from 2011-2014. overtime I trained in a number of fields through workshops: EPI Mid-level management training by WHO in May 2019, DHIS2 Training in March 2019in Asmara, GIS and information visualization by WHO Afro in South Africa 2018, Trained in Immunization Data Quality Improvement by WHO Afro in Brazzaville in 2018, Staff Management and Accountability framework management by WHO Afro in Zambia etc.before Joining WHO in 2011, served as enrollment officer with District service
