I am a PhD student at the dept. of Communication and Culture at Indiana University and an Associate Instructor teaching Public Speaking. I was born in Argentina and grew up in Israel. I studied at Bar Ilan University visual culture and political thought and finished my MA thesis at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in the Cultural Studies dept. In 2002 I co- founded: "Zochrot" a Tel Aviv based Ngo seeking to ‘speak the Nakba in Hebrew’, to raise public awareness of the Palestinian Nakba among Jews in Israel. In Zochrot I headed various projects including an art gallery, a literary-cultural magazine and served as its General Director in 2011.
