I am working as regional business head in Pakistan Currency Exchange Company since June 2008.I have received two Master degrees majors in management and human resource (Equivalent to Swedish Qualifications Framework for Lifelong Learning (NQF, level 7) from two Pakistani leading universities with distinction. I received first MBA in (Management) from Virtual University of Pakistan with distinction in 2013. I received second Master in Science (HRM) from Riphah International University Islamabad in 2015.My current research focuses on job design theory, job autonomy, job complexity, psychological capital, information processing, work ethics and their effect on human performance, corporate social responsibility, and worker psychological well-being. How job design theories improve workers psychological well-being, performance and CSR activities of the firm?
