Her creative work, teaching and researching interests and specialties have been Sustainable Design, High Performance Design and new Digital Design Technology. Sustainable design is shifting from LEED certification to the true performance-based design. Her specialty in array of BIM technologies and environmental simulation tools allow her to lead the integrated sustainable process in big-scale and complicate project.
She is adjunct faculty in the School of Architecture, Planning at the Catholic University of America where she taught in the comprehensive design studio program, “Environmental Design I” and ‘Environmental Design II”. She now is focusing on integrating the energy simulation process into the lecture course and design studio.
