Madelyn Blair is a speaker, author, and executive adviser. Her specialty is unlocking personal resilience for individuals ready for a change and for teams needing to meet today's complex challenges with greater ease. Her background includes knowledge management, instruction, and narrative practice. She is faculty at Columbia university in the Information and Knowledge Strategy Masters Program where she teaches the use of story in business and the relationship between knowledge managment and resilience. She is a Taos Institute Associate and charter member of the Associates Council to the Board. Dr. Blair received her doctorate in organizational psychology from the University of Tilburg, The Netherlands, and holds an MBA from The Wharton School. She is the author of Riding the Current and Essays in Two Voices. She is a contributing blogger on Psychology Today.
