We had a lot of problems with our immunization system (cold chain problem, reporting system and data management, mobilization of the populations of the regions and other borders ...). But since 2018, we have been able to improve many of them and improve immunization coverage. However, the problem of data management persists, in addition to the massive influx of refugees, migrants and nomads.
We were able to perform a DQA and planned a vaccination coverage survey.
We have planned active searches for unvaccinated or incompletely vaccinated children, as well as additional immunization activities for vaccinated children.
In addition, there are means of mass vaccination against poliomyelitis and measles.
We plan to implement the DHS2 system to improve the reporting system for immunization data.
