  Cao Dejun received his Ph.D in Business Administration in 2003 in China. He is interested in analysing business issues by means of Networking Theory, He has been teaching international business for over 10 years. He is a member of Academy of Management(AOM), Academy of International Business(AIB) as well as a member of executive board of Global Digital Business Society (GDBS) at IUP.
