  I am an English language teacher and teacher trainer at the University of Bucharest. I hold an MA degree in English Language Studies and Methods at The University of Warwick, UK. I am a candidate for PhD in Education at The University of Nottingham, UK. Research interests: the development of initial teacher training programmes in Romania and the role of reflectice processes for teaching and learning.
