Ans.Factors that i should consider are socio culture of the community, religion, infrastructure and security of the areas.

Ans. the important to have a unique identifier is it links the Households quationaries,photo of the card, photo/scan of the health center records.

and we should consider when we are designing a numbering system the cluster number, household number for clusers and child number for the house holds.

Ans. I will ensur by using a unique ID for each individual child.

5.Data collection is increasingly being conducted using CAPI (computer assisted personal interviewing) with tools like CSPro, ODK, etc. What features would you recommend are added to the data collection software to improve overall data quality? What considerations for support and in case of malfunctions would you put in place (contingency planning, support and troubleshooting, etc.

Ans.My recommendation is there should be a way that the data collectors and supervisors can check and correct the mistakes every day.
