Application of Behaviorism Theory
Based on behaviorism theory, I have two ideas to boost my learning impact:
1. Seek a Positive Group with the Same Learning Goals: According to B.F. Skinner, people subconsciously seek pleasure and reward. To learn effectively, we must put effort into the material through deliberate practice. Having a community to learn something provides a sense of "free will" for learning.
2. Create a Cue Behavior at the Same Time: Identify a behavior you consistently do. Then, create a new behavior based on the existing one. This could involve reading learning materials or engaging in deliberate practice for learning applications. Establishing this cue behavior can enhance the learning experience.
@Rama Setiaji, I strongly agree with you , One idea for Behaviorism theory could focus on the impact of positive reinforcement in shaping environmentally friendly behaviors. Explore how rewarding individuals for eco-friendly actions can lead to the adoptions of sustainable habits, emphasizing the role of external stimuli in shaping and reinforcing behaviors.
