Australia where I am currently living and working is a diverse country. I am working as teacher of Nursing and one of the unit I had to deliver was Culture Diversity. I am from Cultural and Linguistic background and some of my students are the same. I also teach the class with native Australian students. It was a bit difficult for me as I tried to be non-judgemental, neutral and fair to deliver the lesson contents, as well as shared the unfair experiences that I had in the past, without being any aggressive because I would like all of my students to understand that everyone is equal and should be respected. My Australian and Caucasian students, who are fortunately extremely understanding and lovely, shared the emtions on my stories and they also shared their points of view respecting everyone from different backgrounds.
