Let's understad what barriers are on the way to learning of a learner. Lead is taken by cultural conflicts and language barriaers. Despite our best efforts, diversity can never always be equitable. Every diverse business or educational setting will have at least one discrimination-related disagreement. Social class, colour, gender, ability, and culture are all examples of diversity and may eventually come into conflict with one another. Due to its openness and practical negotiation of learner differences, this course simply opens many doors in the field.
