The differences are vital, differences are the core of the world, without differences barely we could survive. The differences make that each individual be unique in this planet. As a teacher, differences let me understand better each students and help them to achieve their goals. As a learner differeneces let me see the world with a different prespective, explore and discover new skills to contribute to our planet. If the traditional institutions start to take advantage of the differences and pay more attention how to handle those, the education will be more sophisticated just by using the differences through their student´s lives; in that way students will feel that the belong and can contribute to this world just with their differences and differences are our identity.
