Abstract
The rapid advancement of generative artificial intelligence (AI) technologies presents unprecedented opportunities to revolutionize management education. This paper proposes a structured template for integrating generative AI into existing management courses, aiming to enhance traditional pedagogical methods without necessitating a complete overhaul of the curriculum. By embedding AI-enabled activities and content, we seek to foster a more interactive, personalized, and efficient learning environment that prepares students for the evolving demands of the modern management landscape. Our proposed template includes AI-enhanced learning modules, interactive AI activities, AI-driven assessments, and ethical and practical considerations. These components will enable students to engage in hands-on projects, receive real-time feedback, and develop AI-driven management strategies. Additionally, the template addresses the ethical implications of AI, ensuring that students are equipped to make responsible decisions. Faculty development and support are also emphasized, providing educators with the necessary training and resources to integrate AI effectively. By presenting this template at the academic conference, we initiate a broader discussion on the role of AI in management education and encourage the adoption of innovative teaching methods that leverage the full potential of generative AI.
