Abstract
Although decades of research and practice have posted towards the central role of spirituality in resiliency in the face of many significant challenges, to date this work has not been applied to the realm of criminology and criminal justice practice. Using experiences from international prevention efforts, this paper offers a theoretical framework to meaningfully integrate this work with positive criminology evidence based best practice and findings to date.
