Effective leadership necessitates the ability to navigate crucial conversations adeptly. These methods are designed to provide practical experience and foster a deeper understanding of circle facilitation techniques. By the end of the workshop, leaders will have gained valuable insights into their role of building community, cultivating a positive organizational culture and responding effectively to challenges both within and beyond their organizations. This session underscores the importance of being proactive in addressing conflict, and community building as essential components of effective leadership. By integrating circle practices leaders who reflect, understand, and navigate crucial conversations with circle facilitation within their organizations are better equipped to handle the challenges of today’s uncertain landscape.
