Abstract
Key players and major drivers are contributing to the growth of the generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) market, including accelerated software development and hyper-personalization. Based on a systematic literature review, this paper discusses how GenAI technologies can help in business growth and transformation. Specifically, we learn that training Gen-AI models has the potential to support various talent management practices, such as through the formulation of job descriptions, skill definition, and improved modeling of performance goals. Moreover, GenAI may be able to assist in developing learning and training content for human capital. In other words, implementing GenAI in learning organizations can revolutionize the way e-learning content is created, analyzed, and delivered. We focus on various challenges faced by businesses in the deployment of GenAI tools, including information security and control limitations issues. Finally, we present future directions in this field.
