Indian Travel Narratives and Self-Discovery

Abstract

This research paper deals with Indian travel writers and their narratives to produce a diversified cultural scene across Asia and other regions of the globe. The plan, preparation, struggle and adventures during the trips are narrated as factual materials in these narratives. The multiple situations involving a number of challenges and their solutions are presented in an artistic manner. The readers are made a part of this exploration and they travel imaginatively along with the narrators through their words used in page after page. The presenter reviews available critical materials and justifies his arguments in his paper.
