Neurobiology is at the root of most misunderstandings and a lot of breaks in inclusion, yet this is not a knowledge or skill base help by many leaders. Let’s change that! The speakerhas a background in entrepreneurship, leadership, and HR and has neuroscience certifications. This presentation will teach you what neuro processes get in our way and how, and also how to take control of them and best interact with them toward healthy, productive communication and inclusion in the workplace.
