Abstract
This study investigates the state of inclusive education in Morocco, with a focus on understanding and addressing individual differences in learning. As Morocco pursues the goal of equitable education for all, challenges related to socioeconomic diversity, linguistic variations, and diverse learning needs present obstacles to creating fully inclusive classrooms. Through a mixed-methods approach combining surveys, interviews, and policy analysis, this research examines how Moroccan schools currently address learning differences and identifies the cultural, institutional, and resource-related barriers educators face. Findings from this study provide insights into how individual learning needs are met within Morocco’s educational framework and propose strategies to strengthen inclusivity, such as targeted teacher training, curriculum adaptation, and improved resource allocation. This research contributes to global discussions on inclusive education by presenting Morocco as a case study, highlighting both the challenges and effective practices that can support equitable learning for all students.
