Abstract
This study explores the evolving artistry of Henna in the UAE, blending heritage with contemporary design. This project revives traditional Henna practices by modernizing motifs, applications, and branding to resonate with today’s generation. Inspired by the Teelah—a classic Emirati Henna dot pattern—the project transforms cultural symbolism into a modern aesthetic through innovative design approaches. The project redefines Henna as a modern and practical experience. It reflects the balance between preserving heritage and embracing modern trends, demonstrating how cultural traditions can remain relevant in a fast-evolving world.
