Abstract
Music is more than entertainment—it’s a profound force for transformation. But what if its potential to create a better world is even greater than you imagined? Drawing on eight years of research—from research at the University of Cambridge to founding two successful music and mental health organisations—this study unveils the extraordinary power of music to affect our minds and drive systemic and social change. We share the cutting-edge science behind how music can nurture mental health, build resilience, and spark positive impact across communities and beyond. This presentation is an invitation to reimagine music and the role of artists as tools for a healthier, more connected world.
