Description
My scientific-technical background is associated with research in English language teaching, bilingual education, Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL), English-medium instruction (EMI), sociolinguistics and audiovisual translation applied to language teaching. Throughout my career, I have published more than 70 articles in indexed journals in the field of education, language teaching and bilingualism. I have also published 1 monograph, 1 edited book and 17 book chapters in Routledge, John Benjamins, Multilingual Matters, Springer and Narcea among others. I have participated in 62 conferences, in which I have given 10 invited lectures and two international plenary papers. I have regularly participated in national and European research projects in the last decade and I am a main researcher of the recognized research group “Didactics of Language, Interculturality and Multilingualism in Education (DIME)” since its foundation in 2021.
