Abstract
As the global aging population grows, organizations in healthcare and elder services face unique challenges: workforce retention, aligning services with the needs of diverse aging communities, and navigating resource constraints. This session introduces purpose-driven leadership as a transformative approach to these challenges. Participants will explore the R.I.D.L. framework (Retention, Intellectual Property, Duplication, Legacy) to build resilient, values-driven teams capable of delivering compassionate, effective care. Through activities, real-world examples, and collaborative discussions, attendees will develop practical strategies to foster employee engagement, enhance service delivery, and align organizational goals with the needs of aging communities.
