Abstract
A major shift to experiential learning approach was remarkably developed in business education to assure the necessity of embedding the practical approach of learning and its crucial role. The study sheds the light on the rational process of using business simulation as an effective experiential learning approach to uphold business education. The study is an exploratory qualitative research based on a case study approach to demonstrate how business simulation can be used for supporting learning effectiveness in business education. The study explores the challenges and opportunities of its application, adding to providing recommendations to secure its effective application.
