Abstract
E-bike users are rapidly increasing due to the affordability of it. Most public commuters utilize such alternative mode of transportation since there is no legal requirements and compliance to the Land Transportation Office. The study evaluates the transporting vehicle users regarding registration and license. Mixed method was used in order to acquire the comprehensive results of the study. Results show that the socio-economic status of the e-bike users caused not to register the vehicle and even not to get a license to avoid spending much money. The study recommends that policymakers should formulate rules and regulations concerning the utilization of e-bike in the city of San Jose del Monte.
