The city of Malolos in the province of Bulacan is one of the congested areas where all kinds of motorized vehicles that include brand new, pre-owned, and improvised jam-packed the roads. The study evaluates the carbon emission of motorized vehicles passing through the streets and crossing in Malolos City. This research utilized mixed-method approach to determine the kilograms of carbon dioxide emission at the vehicles, by manual vehicle counting and the distance travelled. Using the results and the answers from the interviews conducted, proposed policies were formulated that can be used as a basis for carbon dioxide and there are more emissions when there is a larger variety of vehicle types included in the vehicle category.
